Job Overview

Join our agri-tech division to design and implement next-generation agricultural solutions. This role bridges technology and traditional farming practices, supporting Zimbabwe’s food security goals while creating Employment in Zimbabwe for skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy agri-tech tools like precision farming software and IoT-enabled crop monitoring systems
  • Conduct field trials for drought-resistant seed varieties and soil health technologies
  • Collaborate with local cooperatives to train farmers on digital agriculture platforms
  • Optimize supply chain logistics for agrochemical distribution using AI-driven analytics
  • Prepare technical reports on agricultural productivity metrics and climate adaptation strategies

Required Skills

  • Expertise in agricultural technology implementation
  • Proficiency in GIS mapping and remote sensing tools
  • Knowledge of Zimbabwe’s agricultural policies and land use regulations
  • Strong project management and cross-cultural communication abilities
  • Experience with agri-tech startups or rural development programs

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field
