Job Overview
The Software Development Lead will play a pivotal role in our engineering department, overseeing the lifecycle of critical software applications used by government and private sectors across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical guidance.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures that support large-scale enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and performance of all software deployments through rigorous testing and continuous integration.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and modern software development methodologies within the local team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the development and production phases.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in multiple programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing architectures, specifically Azure or similar cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in database management, including SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex project timelines.

Education

Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior-level role.
