Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Brand Ambassador Recruitment & Management
- Assist in profiling, recruiting, onboarding, and training Brand Ambassadors for promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all ambassadors maintain a professional appearance through consistent use of approved brand uniforms.
- Conduct field monitoring and surprise visits to assess performance and ensure effective customer interaction.
- Ensure ambassadors communicate campaign messaging professionally and represent the brand positively.
- Support workforce coordination during activations and promotional events.
2. Sales Uplift & Brand Activation
- Assist in the smooth execution of marketing activations, promotional campaigns, and consumer engagement activities.
- Monitor activation stations to ensure they are clean, visible, and aligned with brand standards.
- Drive product visibility, sales uplift, and market penetration in target areas.
- Support merchandising activities to improve customer awareness and product reach.
- Assist with retail promotions and campaign execution strategies.
3. Client Communication & Campaign Reporting
- Compile detailed daily and weekly campaign reports highlighting activation performance and outcomes.
- Analyze campaign progress, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Present campaign updates and reports to clients professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of activation results and customer engagement insights.

4. Giveaways & Product Management
- Assist in coordinating promotional giveaways and inventory distribution.
- Ensure campaign teams always have adequate stock and promotional materials.
- Monitor redemption activities in accordance with campaign mechanics.
- Maintain accurate redemption registers and stock tracking systems.
- Support inventory control and campaign resource allocation.
5. Market Research & Consumer Insights
- Gather customer feedback and monitor consumer behavior trends during campaigns.
- Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities for increased product adoption.
- Collect and analyze customer preferences, buying behavior, and competitor activities.
- Include strategic market insights in client campaign reports.
6. Cost Control & Expense Monitoring
- Assist in tracking project-related expenses.
- Support cost management processes to ensure campaigns remain within budget.
- Help identify cost-effective solutions during project execution.
7. Logistics & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate the timely delivery of promotional materials and giveaways.
- Ensure activation elements are delivered to campaign sites without delays.
- Support event setup and smooth execution of field marketing activities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Newly qualified graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience Required
