Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Process supplier invoices and payment transactions.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and debt collection activities.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and support treasury management activities.
- Prepare VAT, tax, and statutory compliance reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Verify financial transactions and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist internal and external auditors during audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Generate management reports and financial analyses.
- Support procurement and contract payment reviews.
- Ensure timely posting of accounting entries.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
- ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and taxation requirements.
- Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, FMCG, or corporate sectors preferred.
