Job Overview
The Regional Logistics Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end logistics operations for the Beitbridge region, ensuring timely and cost‑effective movement of goods across borders. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor shipment tracking systems, proactively addressing delays or disruptions.
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation and liaise with customs officials.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and freight forwarders.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to meet client expectations.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trade regulations, tariffs, and border procedures affecting the Beitbridge corridor.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain best practices.
