Job Overview

The Investment Banking Analyst will support senior bankers in executing a range of advisory and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial analysis for corporate clients. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses for client engagements.
• Prepare high‑quality pitch books, presentations, and client deliverables that articulate strategic recommendations.
• Conduct industry and market research to support transaction rationale and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior bankers, legal advisors, and external consultants to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Support capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, by preparing offering memoranda and investor materials.
• Monitor transaction progress, manage data rooms, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential clients and preparing outreach materials.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.

Salary
