Job Overview
The Investment Banking Analyst will support senior bankers in executing a range of advisory and financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial analysis for corporate clients. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses for client engagements.
- Prepare high‑quality pitch books, presentations, and client deliverables that articulate strategic recommendations.
- Conduct industry and market research to support transaction rationale and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior bankers, legal advisors, and external consultants to ensure seamless deal execution.
- Support capital raising initiatives, including debt and equity financing, by preparing offering memoranda and investor materials.
- Monitor transaction progress, manage data rooms, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential clients and preparing outreach materials.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Candidates with a Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance) or professional certifications such as CFA are highly preferred and will be considered favorably during the selection process.
Experience
Applicants should have 2‑4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial advisory role. Experience with transaction execution, financial modeling, and client interaction in emerging markets is particularly valuable.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 300,000 to SSP 500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, performance‑based bonuses and incentives are offered.
