Job Overview
The Human Resources Compliance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring that all organizational activities, employment practices, and administrative procedures align with both Liberian labor laws and international United Nations standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of personnel files and payroll processes to ensure total compliance with local and international regulations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies that align with the United Nations’ ethical standards and Liberian labor statutes.
- Provide expert advisory services to department heads regarding disciplinary actions, recruitment protocols, and employee rights.
- Monitor changes in national employment legislation and proactively update organizational policies to reflect these changes.
- Lead investigations into grievances or allegations of non-compliance within the workplace to ensure fair and transparent outcomes.
- Collaborate with the legal department to manage contract renewals, terminations, and labor-related litigation if necessary.

Education

Experience
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in human resources, legal compliance, or labor relations is required. Previous experience working within an international NGO or a multilateral organization is highly preferred. Salary
