African Sun is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and client acquisition in the hospitality and tourism sector in Victoria Falls. The role involves promoting hotel and resort services, managing corporate and tour operator accounts, and expanding market reach.
The candidate will collaborate with marketing, operations, and reservations teams to ensure high occupancy, excellent guest experience, and increased brand awareness. Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills are critical for success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate promotional campaigns and hospitality packages
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics
