Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Urban Planner to join our team in Chinhoyi, Zimbabwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading urban planning projects, developing and implementing sustainable urban planning strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of urban planning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead urban planning projects from conception to completion
- Develop and implement sustainable urban planning strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Conduct research and analysis to inform urban planning decisions
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in urban planning
- Strong understanding of urban planning principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
