Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive policy research on sectors such as agriculture, energy, education, and health, focusing on data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Prepare policy briefs, technical reports, and presentation materials for senior management, government stakeholders, and development partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and round‑table discussions to gather input, build consensus, and disseminate findings.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of World Bank‑supported policies, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Support the design of policy pilots and reforms, ensuring alignment with national development strategies and international best practices.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into policy recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Zimbabwe’s legislative environment, economic trends, and sector‑specific reforms.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., STATA, R, or SPSS).
