Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Banking Solutions Specialist to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge digital banking platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement through mobile and online banking solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital banking solutions, including mobile apps and online platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital tools with backend systems.
- Conduct user research to identify customer needs and improve digital banking experiences.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide technical support and training to internal stakeholders and end-users.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize digital banking solutions for scalability.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in digital banking or fintech solutions.
- Strong proficiency in software development (e.g., Java, Python) and API integration.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or certifications in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, or Financial Technology is an added advantage.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or software development. Prior experience in financial services is preferred.
Salary
150,000 – 200,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
