Job Summary
The Workshop Manager will oversee all workshop operations, vehicle maintenance programs, mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, technical teams, spare parts management, and fleet performance monitoring. The successful candidate will ensure that all vehicles, machinery, and equipment remain operational while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations and maintenance activities.
- Supervise mechanics, technicians, electricians, welders, and workshop support staff.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor fleet performance and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure rapid diagnosis and repair of equipment breakdowns.
- Control workshop budgets and maintenance expenditures.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and workshop consumables.

Education Requirements
