Job Overview

The Regional Store Operations Manager will oversee the performance of multiple retail outlets within the Masvingo province, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store managers to achieve sales targets and operational standards.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to execute promotions.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 300,000 to SSP 500,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based incentives are available.
