Job Overview
As an Industrial Automation Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize automated manufacturing systems for Caterpillar’s production facilities in Masvingo. This role integrates robotics, control systems, and data analytics to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Key Responsibilities
- Design and program industrial automation systems using PLCs, SCADA, and robotics.
- Conduct feasibility studies for automation projects in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven predictive maintenance solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and safety.

Required Skills

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
