Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage fintech products aligned with Ecobank’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, compliance) to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends.
  • Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring user-centric design and functionality.
  • Monitor product performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in fintech product management with a track record of successful launches.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and financial regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into product strategies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) are a plus.

Experience

3-5 years in fintech product management, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.

Salary

150,000 – 250,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and performance.
