Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient E-learning Curriculum Designer to join our growing academic team. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive digital curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Collaborate with faculty members to transform lecture notes and textbooks into interactive online modules.
- Select and implement appropriate educational technologies and multimedia tools to enhance student engagement.
- Conduct regular assessments of digital course effectiveness and implement iterative improvements.
- Ensure all digital content complies with international accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Provide technical guidance and training to faculty members on using new digital learning tools.
- Monitor student progress through data analytics provided by the Learning Management System.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.

- Strong multimedia production skills, including basic video editing and graphic design.

Education
A Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is mandatory. A Bachelor’s degree in a teaching-related discipline may be considered if accompanied by extensive professional experience in digital education design.
Experience
Candidates must demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in curriculum design, specifically focusing on digital or blended learning environments. Proven experience in a higher education setting is highly preferred. You should have a portfolio of digital learning modules that demonstrate your ability to create engaging content.
Salary
The offered salary for this position is between 45,000 SSP and 65,000 SSP per annum, depending on the candidate’s level of expertise and technical proficiency. This salary is subject to statutory deductions as per local labor laws.
