Job Overview
The E-Learning Curriculum Developer will play a critical role in the digital evolution of Liberia College. This position is designed for a creative educator who understands the intersection of instructional design and digital technology. You will be responsible for transforming traditional course materials into engaging, interactive, and accessible online learning experiences. This role is essential for our mission to provide flexible learning options for working professionals and students in underserved regions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive digital curricula for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Collaborate with faculty members to convert traditional syllabi into interactive e-learning modules.
- Create multimedia content including instructional videos, interactive quizzes, and digital assessments.
- Manage and optimize content within the institutional Learning Management System (LMS).
- Conduct regular audits of digital courseware to ensure alignment with accreditation standards.
- Provide technical guidance to instructors on utilizing digital teaching tools effectively.
- Monitor student engagement metrics to iteratively improve digital course effectiveness.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.

Education
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required. A PhD in Education or a specialized technical field will be highly regarded.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of professional experience in curriculum development, specifically within a higher education or corporate training environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects in an academic setting is essential. Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and technical expertise. This salary is subject to statutory deductions as per Liberian labor laws.
