Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across mining sites.
- Develop and implement health and safety training programs for staff.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with mining laws.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in mining safety regulations and risk management.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in mining engineering or environmental management is advantageous.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years in mining safety, occupational health, or regulatory compliance roles. Experience in Zimbabwean mining operations is preferred.
Salary
250,000 – 350,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
