Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify delivery documentation.
• Record inventory transactions in warehouse management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Prepare dispatch documentation and shipping records.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of products.
• Maintain organized storage locations and inventory accuracy.
• Track damaged, expired, or returned inventory.
• Support procurement and logistics teams with stock reports.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with transport providers for outbound deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse records and filing systems.
• Monitor material movement and stock availability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Certification in Inventory Management or Logistics is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or storekeeping experience.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control procedures.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
