Position Overview
The Junior Doctor will work under the supervision of Consultants, Specialists, and Senior Medical Officers to provide high-quality patient care across various clinical departments. This position offers extensive exposure to inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and multidisciplinary healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and medical history reviews.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions under supervision.
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and clinical outcomes.

Educational Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), MBChB, or equivalent recognized medical degree.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Medical and Dental Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe.
- Successful completion of internship requirements where applicable.
- Current practicing certificate or eligibility to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related disciplines.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification is advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- Newly qualified doctors and early-career medical practitioners are encouraged to apply.
