Job Overview
The Senior Hospitality Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the service culture at our Gbarnga facility. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs that align with Radisson Blu’s global standards. You will work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted educational modules that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute specialized training modules for front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Conduct regular performance audits to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify specific training needs and skill deficiencies.
- Onboard new employees through a structured orientation and service excellence program.
- Develop digital training resources and multimedia content for remote learning modules.
- Monitor industry trends to integrate modern hospitality technologies into staff training.
- Maintain detailed records of employee training progress and certification status.
- Ensure all training activities comply with local labor laws and international hospitality standards.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality service standards and guest psychology.
- Analytical ability to interpret training metrics and performance data.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in Training and Development (such as CPTD) are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least five years of progressive experience in hospitality training, preferably within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Proven experience in managing large-scale training initiatives and developing curriculum from scratch is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of improving service metrics through effective educational interventions.
Salary
