Key Job Responsibilities

Construction & Site Supervision

The selected candidate will:

• Assist with building construction, maintenance projects, and site operations.
• Conduct site measurements and support land leveling activities using a Dumpy Level machine.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure structural work follows technical standards.
• Support daily supervision of building activities and contractor coordination.
• Ensure quality control during repairs, renovations, and infrastructure development.

Technical Operations & Equipment Handling

• Competently operate and maintain surveying and leveling equipment, especially the Dumpy Level machine.
• Assist in material estimation and proper site preparation.
• Maintain workplace safety and construction standards.
• Support maintenance and infrastructure improvement tasks as assigned.
