Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex tax advisory engagements for corporate clients across various industries.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance on international tax matters, including transfer pricing, double tax treaties, and cross‑border transactions.
- Oversee tax compliance processes, ensuring timely and accurate filing of returns and disclosures.
- Mentor and develop junior tax staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Collaborate with audit, consulting and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills
- Deep knowledge of Zimbabwean tax legislation, VAT, corporate tax, and customs duties.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.

- Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams and projects.
- Proficiency in tax software and advanced Excel modeling.

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline is required. Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent are highly preferred. Ongoing professional development and participation in tax seminars are encouraged to maintain expertise.
Experience
Applicants must possess a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in tax advisory, compliance, or related roles, preferably within a top‑tier professional services firm or a multinational corporation operating in Zimbabwe. Experience handling cross‑border tax issues and leading multidisciplinary teams will be considered an advantage.
Salary
