Job Overview
The Senior Data Scientist role is a critical position within our Monrovia hub. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms to solve complex business problems. This role requires a deep understanding of large-scale data processing and the ability to translate raw data into actionable strategic insights. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to drive product improvements and optimize user engagement across our suite of digital services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to improve search relevance and user personalization.
- Analyze massive datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven features into existing software ecosystems.
- Design and implement automated data pipelines to ensure high-quality data ingestion and processing.

Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for statistical modeling and data manipulation.

- Deep understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost, Neural Networks).
- Strong mathematical foundation in probability, statistics, and linear algebra.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field is required. A PhD is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage for this senior-level position.
Experience
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of professional experience in a data science or machine learning role, preferably within a large-scale technology environment. Salary
