Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Architect to lead our security design initiatives in Monrovia. This role is critical to our mission of protecting data integrity and ensuring the resilience of our cloud-based services against evolving global threats. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex security architectures that safeguard our digital assets and client information. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risks across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate security-by-design principles into the product lifecycle.
- Oversee the deployment of advanced identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure continuous compliance.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on emerging cybersecurity trends and potential risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with the incident response team to refine recovery protocols and minimize downtime during security events.
Required Skills
- Expertise in cloud security architectures (Azure, AWS, or similar) and zero-trust frameworks.
- Advanced knowledge of network protocols, encryption standards, and firewall technologies.
- Proficiency in security automation and orchestration tools (SOAR).
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex security telemetry and logs.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical risks into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of international data privacy regulations and local compliance standards.
Education
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a closely related field. A Bachelor’s degree with significant professional experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly preferred.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or architecture is required. Salary
