Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate ordering, and minimal shrinkage.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines and enhance the shopper experience.
• Implement health, safety, and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and assets.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to regional management.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, handling escalated complaints and ensuring swift resolution.
