Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 50+ staff members, including department managers, sales associates, and support personnel.
- Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate ordering, and minimal shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with brand guidelines and enhance the shopper experience.
- Implement health, safety, and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and assets.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to regional management.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, handling escalated complaints and ensuring swift resolution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and community outreach programs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate policies, including labor laws and food safety standards.
- Mentor and develop future leaders through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
