Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Systems Engineer to join our team in Karoi, Zimbabwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing renewable energy systems for our customers in Zimbabwe. The position requires a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind power, as well as experience in project management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop renewable energy systems for customers in Zimbabwe
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of renewable energy systems for customers
- Develop and implement project plans and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and referrals
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind power
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience: 8-12 years of experience in renewable energy systems engineering, project management and team leadership
Salary: SSP 5,000 – 8,000 per month
