Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production efficiency, ensure product quality, and drive continuous improvement in our Norton facility. This role is ideal for a technically-minded professional passionate about streamlining industrial processes and reducing operational costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Conduct root cause analysis for production-related problems
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Required Skills
- Proficiency in process engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Postgraduate qualification in Process Engineering preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years in manufacturing or process engineering
- Experience in paint or chemical manufacturing advantageous
Salary
150,000 – 250,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
