Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to lead our team in Gbarnga. This role is critical to the success of our local operations, ensuring that every department—from front desk to housekeeping and food and beverage—functions seamlessly to meet our global standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff performance, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on management. You will be tasked with maintaining the highest levels of service quality while managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with all local and international hospitality regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor department heads to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
- Manage departmental budgets and control costs to ensure optimal profitability.
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with Radisson brand standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain high ratings.
- Ensure all health, safety, and security protocols are strictly followed by all staff members.

- In-depth knowledge of hospitality management software and property management systems (PMS).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and cost control.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Professional certifications in hospitality management or hotel operations are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury or mid-scale hotel environment. Proven experience in managing large teams and overseeing complex operational workflows is essential for success in this role.
Salary
The offered salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 750,000 SSP per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview process.
