Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement educational programs aligned with national and international curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with educators, policymakers, and stakeholders to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in educational infrastructure and resource allocation.
- Develop training materials and workshops for teachers and school administrators.
- Monitor program performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in educational program management or curriculum development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in educational software and tools (e.g., LMS platforms, curriculum mapping tools).
- Knowledge of Zimbabwe’s education system and policy landscape.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in educational program coordination, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
Salary
80,000 – 120,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
