Job Overview

The Curriculum Development Specialist will lead the design, review, and implementation of academic programmes across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end curriculum development process for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analyses, incorporating labour market trends and employer feedback.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design course outlines, learning outcomes, and assessment strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with national accreditation standards and international best practices.
  • Develop and maintain curriculum documentation, including syllabi, teaching guides, and resource lists.
  • Facilitate faculty workshops and training sessions on curriculum design and pedagogical innovation.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness through student performance data and stakeholder surveys.
