Job Overview
As the Director of Online Learning, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of digital education programs that expand access to quality learning across the country. Reporting to the Vice‑Chancellor for Academic Affairs, you will collaborate with faculty, IT specialists, and external partners to design, implement, and continuously improve online curricula. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive online learning strategy aligned with institutional goals.
- Oversee the design, production, and quality assurance of all digital course content.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team of instructional designers, multimedia developers, and support staff.
- Collaborate with academic departments to convert traditional courses into engaging online formats.
- Implement learning analytics to monitor student performance and improve instructional outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and intellectual property regulations.
- Promote the university’s online programs through marketing initiatives and partnerships.

Education

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in online learning environments, with at least two years in a senior managerial or director‑level role. Demonstrated success in scaling digital programs and leading cross‑functional teams is essential.
Salary
