Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and ratio assessments for corporate loan applicants.
- Prepare comprehensive credit risk reports, including risk ratings, mitigation strategies, and recommendation summaries.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to structure loan terms that balance client needs with the bank’s risk parameters.
- Monitor existing corporate exposures, identify early warning signals, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Basel III, local regulatory guidelines, and internal credit policies.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of credit risk models and scoring tools.
- Participate in credit committee meetings, presenting findings and defending risk assessments.
- Support the creation of sector‑specific risk frameworks and industry outlooks.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and stakeholder presentations.
- Deep understanding of corporate banking products, credit structures, and risk mitigation instruments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and credit risk software platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CPA are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience
Applicants must have 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in corporate credit analysis, loan underwriting, or risk assessment within a reputable banking institution. Experience with large‑scale corporate portfolios and exposure to diverse industry sectors will be highly valued.
Salary
The competitive remuneration package ranges from SSP 300,000 to SSP 500,000 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and performance. Additional performance‑based bonuses may be awarded annually.
