Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures across all production lines.

• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in beverage production or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in production scheduling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial) or Food Science.
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years in a production management role within the beverage or food industry.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is required.

Salary

150,000 – 200,000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
