Job Overview
The Senior Audit Manager will lead audit engagements for large, complex clients, ensuring compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee audit engagements for large corporate clients, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality output.
- Develop comprehensive audit plans, risk assessments, and testing procedures aligned with ISA and local standards.
- Review and sign off on audit workpapers, financial statements, and management letters.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior client executives and KPMG partners.
- Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional advisory services.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging risks affecting clients.
Required Skills

Education
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent are highly preferred and demonstrate a commitment to the audit profession.
Experience
Applicants must have 8‑12 years of progressive audit experience, with at least three years in a managerial or senior managerial role within a reputable accounting firm or corporate audit department. Experience serving clients in sectors such as banking, mining, energy or telecommunications will be considered an advantage.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 1,200,000 to SSP 1,800,000 per month, commensurate with experience, qualifications and performance. The package includes performance‑based bonuses and other incentives aligned with KPMG’s global remuneration framework.
