Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead our security response teams and safeguard our critical digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents in real-time.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and incident response plans to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in the network.
• Oversee the deployment and management of advanced security tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM platforms.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure security is integrated into all new technological deployments.
• Manage threat intelligence gathering to stay ahead of emerging cyber-attack vectors and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Provide expert guidance and training to internal teams regarding cybersecurity best practices and protocols.

Required Skills

• Advanced expertise in network security protocols, encryption standards, and firewall management.
• Proven experience in incident response, digital forensics, and threat hunting.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field is mandatory. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly preferred and will be considered an advantage during the selection process.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
