Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Textile Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Harper. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all daily textile manufacturing activities to ensure production targets are met on schedule.
- Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma protocols to reduce material waste and operational downtime.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of high-speed looms, spinning frames, and chemical dyeing vats.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team of floor supervisors, machine operators, and quality control technicians.
- Develop and enforce strict health and safety protocols to ensure a zero-accident working environment.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the R&D department to test new fabric blends and sustainable dyeing techniques.

Salary
