Job Overview
The Senior Financial Risk Controller will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the bank’s assets and ensuring the long-term stability of our operations in the Kakata region. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate credit, liquidity, and market risks.
- Conduct regular stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the bank’s resilience against economic volatility.
- Ensure full compliance with the Central Bank of Liberia regulations and international Basel III standards.
- Prepare and present detailed risk assessment reports to the Board of Directors and senior management.
- Monitor the bank’s capital adequacy ratios and liquidity positions on a daily basis.
- Lead internal audits of risk management processes to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the lending department to review high-value credit applications and assess borrower risk profiles.
