Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Agronomy Research Scientist to lead our field trials and experimental programs in the Zwedem region. This role is critical to our mission of developing climate-smart agricultural solutions tailored to the specific soil and climatic conditions of Liberia. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage complex research protocols to evaluate new crop varieties and sustainable farming practices.

This position requires a deep understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and experimental design.
