Job Overview
The Hospitality Operations Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our flagship property in Monrovia. This is a high-level leadership position responsible for ensuring that all departments—including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance—operate at the highest levels of efficiency and luxury. The successful candidate will be tasked with implementing strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize operational costs, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of luxury hospitality trends and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will be the guardian of the brand’s reputation in Liberia, ensuring that every guest interaction aligns with our global standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations and adherence to international luxury standards.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to maximize profitability and optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Manage large-scale departmental budgets, ensuring strict adherence to financial targets and cost-control protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of department heads to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy rates and enhance the hotel’s market presence.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations in Liberia.

Education
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management, International Business, or a related field from a recognized global institution. A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration is required as a minimum prerequisite.
Experience
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations is mandatory. Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-departmental teams in a 5-star environment is highly preferred. Experience working within the West African market or similar emerging luxury markets will be considered a significant advantage.
Salary
The offered salary for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 650,000 SSP per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and performance during the interview process.
