Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of heavy equipment mechanics and technicians to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on schedule and to specification.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for the entire mining fleet.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify potential failures before they result in operational downtime.
