Job Overview
The Senior Flight Operations Manager will lead the flight operations department, ensuring that all flight activities adhere to safety regulations, operational standards, and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement flight operation policies that comply with ICAO and local aviation regulations.
- Oversee daily flight planning, ensuring optimal routing, fuel efficiency, and on‑time performance.
- Manage crew scheduling, training compliance, and rostering to meet operational demands.
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to guarantee aircraft airworthiness.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to enhance safety culture.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular operational reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with airport authorities and air traffic control to streamline ground operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational costs and improve service quality.

Experience
Candidates must possess at least eight years of progressive experience in flight operations, with a minimum of three years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Experience within a commercial airline environment, familiarity with regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams are essential.
Salary
