Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze customer feedback, Net Promoter Scores, and shopping behavior to identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with store operations to implement service standards, mystery shopping programs, and staff training.
