Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective retail clients in Gwanda.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet those needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for deposits, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess risk, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with branch managers and product teams to launch promotional campaigns and new product offerings.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for senior management.
- Participate in community events and networking activities to enhance the bank’s brand visibility in Gwanda.
Required Skills

Education
