Job Overview
The Brand Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for one of CCBV’s flagship beverage brands in the Mutare region. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, finance, supply chain, and creative agencies—to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share growth. You will be responsible for translating market insights into compelling campaigns that align with corporate objectives and local consumer preferences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual brand plans that align with regional sales targets and corporate brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and consumer insight analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign creative.
- Manage the end‑to‑end execution of advertising, digital, in‑store, and experiential marketing activities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and internal creative teams to produce high‑impact assets while ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior leadership.
- Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade‑marketing initiatives that drive shelf visibility and retailer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Coca‑Cola system policies.
Required Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Project management expertise, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (Shona or Ndebele) is an advantage.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) are highly desirable and will be considered an asset.
Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of five to seven years of progressive experience in brand management, preferably within the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Demonstrated success in leading multi‑channel campaigns and achieving measurable business results is essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 350,000 to SSP 550,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The package includes performance‑based incentives, health benefits, and a retirement savings scheme.
