Job Overview
The Senior Hospitality Operations Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our flagship property in Gbarnga. This high-level leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex operational workflows while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role is critical for driving revenue growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and implementing brand-wide standards within the local context. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all hotel operations to ensure maximum profitability and guest satisfaction.

Education

A minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hotel operations is essential. Proven track record of managing large-scale hospitality properties and leading multi-departmental teams is mandatory. Experience in emerging markets is highly desirable.
Salary
