Job Overview

The Senior Hospitality Operations Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our flagship property in Gbarnga. This high-level leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex operational workflows while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
