Job Overview

Accenture Zimbabwe is seeking an AI Ethics Consultant to lead initiatives that ensure responsible AI development and deployment. This role will focus on creating ethical frameworks, conducting audits, and advising clients on compliance with global AI governance standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI ethics guidelines aligned with international standards.
  • Conduct ethical impact assessments for AI projects across sectors like healthcare, finance, and agriculture.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address ethical concerns and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Design training programs on AI ethics for developers, policymakers, and business leaders.

Education

Experience

3-5 years of experience in AI ethics consulting, regulatory compliance, or technology policy development. Prior work in emerging markets or African contexts is preferred.

Salary

150,000 – 250,000 SSP per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
