Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that all products meet the required safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all products are manufactured and distributed in accordance with quality assurance policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance policies and procedures
• Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints and issues

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or related field
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
