We are inviting applications from competent and self-driven Third-Year Human Resources students seeking industrial attachment. This opportunity is ideal for students who wish to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic and professional work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Assist with HR administration, documentation, and filing.•Support recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and onboarding.•Help in organizing training sessions, meetings and staff welfare activities.•Maintain employee records and update HR databases.•Assist in performance management processes.•Participate in leave management, time attendance updates and payroll support.•Provide general HR support to staff and managers as required.

Qualifications and Experience

•Currently enrolled as a Third-Year Human Resources / HR Management student at a recognized institution.•Attachment letter from the university/college.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•Good organizational skills with attention to detail.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
