Job Overview
The Insurance Claims Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating, processing, and resolving insurance claims submitted by policyholders. Working within the Claims Management Department, the analyst will assess claim validity, coordinate investigations, and ensure timely settlements in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate incoming insurance claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct investigations, including gathering documentation, interviewing claimants, and liaising with third‑party service providers.
- Determine claim eligibility based on policy terms, conditions, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare detailed claim reports and recommendations for approval or denial.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records in the claims management system, ensuring data integrity.
- Provide clear communication to policyholders regarding claim status, required documentation, and settlement timelines.
- Identify trends in claim submissions and recommend process improvements to reduce fraud and enhance efficiency.
